LLDTEK began where the person at the desk could not leave a client to catch the phone — commission, walk-ins, two languages on the line.
The product is not a new POS. It is five agents that sit beside the calendar or till you already run: front desk, recovery, rebooking, reviews, and a live floor. They book the person who is actually free, fill the no-show, and put the next visit on the calendar.
Salons were the first floor. Clinics, restaurants, field teams, studios, and owners with more than one door run the same agents. People stay with the client. The agents cover what used to drop.
