Who this notice covers

This notice is for the LLDTEK service. It also covers this website, demo requests, emails sent to us, and the free tools.

If you are an operator using LLDTEK, we process the information you give us, and the information needed to run the agents you hired, so we can provide that service. We do that on your behalf. We do not sell it. We do not train a model on the material you add to train your agents.

If you are a customer or guest of a salon, clinic, restaurant, studio, field team, or other operator, that operator’s privacy notice applies to its collection and use of your information. Direct questions about a booking, message, or record to the operator first.

Use of LLDTEK is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Who we are and how to contact us

LLDTEK provides AI voice and chat agents for appointment businesses. The agents work beside the systems an operator already uses.

The service

LLDTEK is a hosted service. To run it we need the operational information you share with us and the access you authorize to the systems the agents must use.

For that information, you decide why it is used and which jobs an agent may perform. You are normally the controller. LLDTEK is normally the processor. We act on your instructions and only to provide, operate, support, and secure the service for you.

An order or commercial agreement may set fees, start date, and which agents or integrations are in scope. It does not change the promises in this notice: we process on your behalf, we do not sell your data, and we do not train models on the material you add to train your agents.

What you share for operations

Depending on the agents and channels you enable, we may process:

• Account and workspace details: names, emails, roles, and business information
• Material you add so the agents can do the job: hours, menus, prices, policies, services, scripts, and other operating knowledge
• Voice, SMS, web, message, and email conversations
• Phone numbers and other contact details
• Conversation transcripts and agent run logs
• Booking, availability, waitlist, cancellation, rebooking, and review-request events
• Calendar or POS records you connect
• Staff names, schedules, and live floor state, such as who is open
• The language used in a thread

You should only share information you have the right to provide, and only what the hired jobs need. Do not upload records we do not need to run the service.

LLDTEK is not a POS. It does not replace checkout, payroll, or your system of record.

Connected systems

When you connect a calendar, POS, or other business system, you authorize LLDTEK to read and write the information needed for the hired jobs.

That can include checking availability, making or changing a booking, filling a cancellation, rebooking a guest, requesting a review, or showing which staff member is open.

The connected provider continues to apply its own terms and privacy practices.

Calls and messages

Calls, SMS, email, and other messages may pass through telephony carriers, messaging networks, email services, or channel providers. These are independent networks. LLDTEK cannot promise how every carrier or recipient device handles data.

You are responsible for giving notices and obtaining consents required for calls, messages, marketing, and recordings.

How we process it

We process service data only to provide the service you hired. That includes:

• Running the agents on the channels you enabled
• Reading and writing the book or other systems you connected, within the permissions you set
• Using the material you add so your agents can answer and act in your workspace
• Handing a thread to a person when the agent must stop
• Configuring, testing, debugging, and supporting your workspace
• Keeping the service available and secure
• Complying with law or responding to a lawful request

An agent may get better at your jobs from the work that happens in your workspace. That learning stays in your service. It is still processing on your behalf. It is not training a shared model on your data.

People on your team may see a full thread. LLDTEK staff may see the parts needed to configure an agent, debug a problem, support you, or watch an agreed live day. Access is limited to people who need it for those tasks.

If you are an operator’s customer or guest, send requests about your booking, messages, or records to the operator first. We will assist the operator where the service or applicable law requires it.

What we do not do with your data

We do not sell personal information or customer content.

We do not use the material you add to train your agents, or the conversations that run in your workspace, to train a shared LLDTEK model, a foundation model, or a third-party model.

We do not use your customers’ information to advertise to those customers for ourselves, and we do not license that content for someone else’s advertising or model training.

Model providers that help generate a reply process that request so the agent can complete the job for you. We do not authorize them to train their models on your training material or workspace content.

Who we share it with

We share service data only where needed to run, support, or secure the service, or where the law requires it.

This can include:

• LLDTEK team members who configure, support, or secure your workspace
• Hosting, security, communications, telephony, messaging, and infrastructure providers needed to operate the service
• The calendar, POS, or channel providers you connect
• Authorities, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect legal rights

Those providers may process information for us, or for you through a connection you authorized, under their own service terms and security controls. They receive only what that job needs.

Website and demo information

On this website, LLDTEK decides why and how the information below is used.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Business name
• What you want to discuss on the call
• Country, inferred from the request (IP or edge headers)

The call note is meant to help us prepare. Do not put confidential records, patient information, payment details, or another person’s sensitive information in it.

Direct communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We may keep the conversation and related follow-up records.

Ordinary technical information

Our hosting and security systems may receive ordinary request information when you visit the site or use the service. This can include an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and error or security logs.

We use this information to deliver the site and service, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and protect the service. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How we use website information

We use website information to:

• Schedule and prepare for a demo
• Reply to questions
• Decide whether LLDTEK is suitable for an operator
• Follow up after a request
• Keep the website working and secure
• Diagnose errors or misuse
• Maintain records where discussions lead to paid work
• Comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis that fits the activity. For the service, that is usually performing the contract or taking steps at your request before one. For the website, it may also be our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.

A demo request does not require LLDTEK to offer the product. Not every operator is accepted.

Demo requests are delivered to LLDTEK team members, including through a private team channel on a hosted messaging service.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not run a marketing pixel wall. We do not currently use marketing pixels or website analytics tools to follow visitors across sites.

The website, the service, their hosting systems, or their security features may use strictly necessary technical storage or logs. These support functions such as delivering pages, keeping you signed in, maintaining security, balancing traffic, or remembering an action during a request.

Some blog posts may contain hosted video embeds. A video served through a privacy-enhanced YouTube domain can still contact YouTube when it loads or when you choose to play it. YouTube may receive technical information and may set or read its own cookies or storage. Its privacy practices are controlled by YouTube, not LLDTEK.

If our use of tracking changes, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law.

Free tools

The free tools run in your browser.

They do not require an account or login. Tool inputs are not saved on an LLDTEK server, no report is emailed to us, and no cookie is tied to a completed tool form.

Some tools calculate a result or select from a fixed list locally. One tool prepares a prompt that you can run in your own ChatGPT account. LLDTEK does not receive the prompt response from ChatGPT unless you send it to us.

Services you choose to use after leaving the tool, including ChatGPT, apply their own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep service data for as long as needed to provide the service, support your workspace, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. When you close a workspace, we delete or return service data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep a limited record for security, accounting, or law.

We keep demo and website communications only as long as needed to respond, follow up, protect the site, and maintain necessary business or legal records.

If a conversation does not progress, we do not keep the lead merely to build a permanent marketing profile.

Free-tool inputs are not retained on an LLDTEK server.

No system can remove information from a carrier, recipient device, connected service, or operator system that is controlled by someone else.

International processing

LLDTEK works with operators and service providers in more than one country. Website and service data may therefore be accessed or processed outside the country where it was collected.

Privacy laws and government-access rules differ between countries. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the appropriate terms with our providers. We do not claim a specific data-residency location on this website.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you
• Receive a copy of that information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask for deletion
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
• Receive portable data in circumstances where the law provides that right
• Complain to a local data-protection or privacy authority

These rights can have legal limits. We may need enough information to verify your identity and understand the request.

For information we process on an operator’s behalf through the service, contact the operator first. The operator controls that data. If you contact us directly, we may refer the request to the operator.

You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority that applies where you live, where the law gives you that right.

Children

LLDTEK is a business service. The website, demos, free tools, and product are not directed at children.

Do not submit a child’s personal information through the demo form. Operators that use LLDTEK remain responsible for deciding whether and how their services may process information about minors.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, service, providers, or legal requirements change.

The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will apply from the updated publication date unless law requires a different approach.
