Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use the LLDTEK service, visit lldtek.com, request or attend a demo, or use a free tool.

By using those parts of LLDTEK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

If you use LLDTEK for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. “You” means you and, where applicable, the business you represent.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. The short version for the service is this: we process the data you share so we can run the agents for you. We do that on your behalf. We do not sell it. We do not train models on the material you add to train your agents.

An order or commercial agreement may set fees, start date, and which agents or integrations are in scope. If that document conflicts with these terms on price, term, or scope, the order controls for those points. It does not reduce the data promises in these terms or the Privacy Policy.

Who we are and how to contact us

LLDTEK provides AI voice and chat agents for appointment businesses. The agents sit beside the POS, calendar, and operating systems a business already uses.

The service

The service is the hosted LLDTEK platform and the agents you enable: answering, booking, recovery, rebooking, review requests, live floor, and related jobs we agree to run for you.

To provide the service we need the operational information you share and the access you authorize to the systems the agents must use. You grant us a limited right to process that information, and to read and write the connected systems, only as needed to perform the hired jobs.

LLDTEK agents sit beside your existing systems. LLDTEK is not a POS and does not replace checkout, payroll, accounting, or your own records. Connecting a system does not transfer ownership or control of that system to LLDTEK.

There is no public price list that forms an offer. Paid use starts when we accept you and agree the scope. Not every operator is accepted.

Your data

You keep the rights you already hold in the information you share and in the records that live in your calendar, POS, and other systems.

We process that information only to provide, operate, support, and secure the service for you. We act on your behalf. We do not sell it. We do not use the material you add to train your agents, or the conversations in your workspace, to train a shared LLDTEK model, a foundation model, or a third-party model.

An agent may get better at your jobs from work that happens in your workspace. That learning stays in your service. It is still processing on your behalf.

When the service ends, we stop using your service data except as needed to wind down the workspace, meet a legal duty, or resolve a dispute. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for:

• Your customers, guests, staff, services, book, prices, and policies
• The accuracy of information you supply to the agents
• Sharing only the data the hired jobs need, and only data you have the right to provide
• Deciding what an agent may do and when it must stop
• Reviewing agent actions and keeping suitable human coverage
• Authorizing access to connected calendars, POS systems, and channels
• Providing legally required notices
• Obtaining consents for calls, SMS, email, marketing, and recordings
• Handling refunds, payment disputes, regulated decisions, and emergencies
• Following the laws and professional rules that apply to your business

Operators that require specific privacy, security, health-data, or processing terms should raise them before paid work begins. A certification, BAA, data location, or regulatory status should not be assumed from marketing copy.

The website

The website describes LLDTEK, its agents, operating approach, use cases, articles, and free tools.

We try to keep the site accurate and useful. Product details can change as integrations, channels, and agent capabilities develop. Website copy is general information. It is not a guaranteed product specification or a promise that a particular integration or workflow will be available to you.

Examples, customer scenarios, diagrams, and articles illustrate how an agent may work. They do not guarantee the same result for every operator.

LLDTEK is not the unrelated nail-salon POS product that previously appeared on parts of this domain. Redirected legacy URLs do not make that former product part of these terms.

A demo is not a contract

A demo is a conversation, not a contract.

A demo may explore an operator’s calls, bookings, staff workflow, policies, connected systems, and possible agent stops. It does not commit either side to paid work.

A demo request is not an order, and a booking confirmation is not acceptance of an operator as a customer. LLDTEK may decide that the product is not suitable for a particular operation.

Statements made during a demo do not amend these terms or an order unless they are written into the agreed scope for paid work.

Free tools

The free tools are available without an account or login.

They run in the browser. Some perform a local calculation or choose from a fixed list. One prepares a prompt for you to run in your own ChatGPT account.

Tool results are directional. They depend on the information you enter and the assumptions shown in the tool. They are not quotes, forecasts, professional advice, or guarantees of savings, revenue, staffing levels, customer behaviour, or product performance.

Check important inputs and decisions yourself. Do not rely on a free tool for legal, clinical, financial, tax, employment, safety, or emergency advice.

LLDTEK does not control ChatGPT or any other service you choose to use with a generated prompt. Those services have their own terms, availability, charges, and data practices.

Intellectual property

The site, the service, and their contents are owned by LLDTEK or used with permission. This includes:

• Website copy and articles
• Page layouts, graphics, and diagrams
• Photography and video
• Tool design and presentation
• The platform, agents, and related software
• The LLDTEK name, logo, and other marks

You may view the site, share ordinary links to public pages, use the free tools for your own internal evaluation, and use the service as these terms allow.

You may not copy, republish, sell, frame, or present substantial parts of the site or service as your own. You may not use LLDTEK’s name or marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, partnership, or affiliation without permission. You may not reverse engineer the service except where the law gives you that right.

Names and marks belonging to POS, calendar, messaging, AI, or other third-party providers remain the property of their respective owners. A reference to an integration or provider does not transfer rights in that provider’s marks.

You keep any rights you already hold in information you send through a demo request or upload to the service. You give us permission to use it only as needed to review a request, provide the service, support your workspace, and secure the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website, demo process, free tools, or the service to:

• Break the law or help someone else break it
• Send malware or interfere with the site or service
• Probe security controls or try to access non-public systems or data
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit information you have no right to provide
• Flood forms, send abusive requests, or disrupt demos or the service
• Scrape or automate requests at a volume that harms the site or prevents normal use
• Misrepresent a tool result as an LLDTEK quote, guarantee, or approval
• Remove ownership notices from copied material
• Use LLDTEK content or marks to deceive customers or the public
• Use an agent for a job you have not authorized, or to process data you have no right to process

Normal browser use, search-engine indexing, and reasonable reference to public pages are not prohibited merely because they are automated. The restriction is aimed at harmful, deceptive, or disruptive use.

We may block access, suspend a workspace, or decline a demo where reasonably needed to protect the site, the service, our team, other customers, or third parties.

Third-party services and embeds

The site and service may link to, embed, or connect third-party services. These can include hosted videos, calendars, POS systems, telephony or messaging networks, and AI services used after you leave an LLDTEK tool.

Third parties control their own content, availability, terms, cookies, and data practices. LLDTEK is not responsible for a third-party service merely because the site links to it, displays an embed, or connects because you asked us to.

A reference to Square, Vagaro, Booksy, Zenoti, Mindbody, OpenTable, or another provider does not mean that provider endorses LLDTEK. Integration availability and permissions must be confirmed for paid work.

AI and agent limitations

AI agents can misunderstand a request, use incomplete information, or take the wrong action.

You must define clear instructions, permissions, and stops. You must also provide a route to a person for matters the agent should not handle.

An agent is not a substitute for a qualified person when a matter involves:

• Clinical judgment or patient safety
• Legal advice or legal rights
• A payment or refund dispute
• Threats, abuse, or safeguarding
• An emergency
• An off-menu decision requiring operator approval

LLDTEK supports handoff for matters such as VIP requests, disputes, and off-menu questions. Handoff does not remove your responsibility to monitor the operation and respond.

No website statement guarantees that an agent will identify every situation requiring human attention.

Disclaimers

The website, demos, articles, free tools, and the service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent allowed by law, LLDTEK does not promise that:

• The marketing site or the service will always be available or error-free
• Website information will fit every business
• A free-tool result will be complete or accurate
• A demo will lead to an offer or working relationship
• Every named integration, channel, or workflow will be available
• An example result will be repeated in another operation
• An agent will always understand a request or take the correct action

Nothing on the website is legal, clinical, financial, employment, tax, or other professional advice.

These disclaimers do not remove rights or warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, LLDTEK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, free tools, or the service. This includes lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption where that loss was not a reasonably foreseeable direct result of our breach.

You are responsible for checking information before acting on it and for maintaining your own records and systems.

If an order sets a different liability cap for paid work, that cap applies to that work. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity for misuse

If you use LLDTEK for a business, you will reimburse LLDTEK for reasonable direct losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful, fraudulent, or deliberately harmful misuse of the website or service, or by material you submit without the required rights.

This does not apply to losses caused by LLDTEK. We will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow you to participate in its defence. You do not have to accept a settlement that admits wrongdoing by you without your consent.

Changes to the site, the service, or these terms

We may change the website, free tools, the service, or these terms as the product develops.

The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires another approach.

If a change materially affects an active workspace, we will explain it where practical. Changes to fees or agreed scope must be accepted before they apply to that work.

Disputes and governing terms

If a dispute arises, write to hello@lldtek.com first so we can review it directly. That does not stop either side from using a court or other process available under the law that applies.

Mandatory consumer, privacy, and local legal rights continue to apply where they cannot be changed by contract.

An order may set a governing law and dispute process for that work. If it does not, the law that applies to the dispute will decide the forum.
