An AI receptionist that works beside Booksy.
Keep Booksy as the calendar, the marketplace listing, and the checkout. LLDTEK answers the calls, texts and chats your chair cannot get to and writes the booking into the Booksy calendar you already run.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Booksy?
Yes. LLDTEK connects to Booksy and works beside it. Booksy stays your calendar, marketplace profile, deposits and checkout. LLDTEK's agents answer the phone, SMS, and web chat, check which barber or stylist is actually free in Booksy, book the visit, fill a cancelled slot from the right clients, book the next cut, and ask for a Google review once. Nothing is migrated.
Who does what
Booksy keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Booksy
- Online booking that lets clients see your availability and book themselves at any hour, plus a listing on the Booksy Marketplace where new clients search for local businesses.
- Unlimited automatic appointment confirmations and reminders, and email and SMS message blasts to your client base.
- No-Show Protection: deposits taken at booking, a card on file with cancellation fees for no-shows and late cancels, and a cancellation window you set.
- An automated waitlist that notifies clients when a spot opens and invites them to book, alongside last-minute discounts.
- Checkout in the calendar, online payments, gift cards, and Tap to Pay on your phone.
- AI Receptionist, currently in beta for existing Booksy providers, which Booksy says answers calls in English and Spanish, books from your menu and real-time availability, and flags calls it cannot handle for a callback. Booksy notes that appointments with No-Show Protection enabled are not supported in this first version.
Every channel, not only the phone
Booksy's AI Receptionist page describes answering calls. Many barbershop clients text the shop number or message from the website instead. LLDTEK's front-desk agent answers voice, SMS and web chat from one place, checks the barber's real availability in Booksy, and books it, so a text at 10pm gets the same answer as a call at noon.
Bookings that need a question first
The booking page works when the client knows the service. On the phone they say "fade and beard with Marcus, same as last time" or ask whether a color fits before close. The agent asks whether they want a fade, a fade with beard, or a kids' cut, then books the Booksy service that carries the right time.
A cancellation filled from the right clients
Booksy's waitlist notifies clients who signed up for an opening. LLDTEK's recovery agent goes a step further when a slot opens: it texts the clients who can actually take that service, with that barber, at that time, and books the first yes into Booksy instead of leaving the slot to whoever taps first.
The next cut before they leave
The rebooking agent offers the next appointment on the cadence the service needs (a skin fade is not a color) with the same barber or stylist, and writes it back to Booksy.
One review request, in their language
After the chair, the reviews agent sends a single Google review request, in English or Spanish or whatever the client wrote in, and does not chase it.
A clean handoff when a person should decide
Fee disputes, refunds, regulars who want a favor, and anything off the menu go to a named person on your team with the full thread and what was already checked in Booksy.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Booksy.
An example Friday afternoon (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
4:40. A client cancels his 5:30 with Marcus inside the cancellation window. Every chair is busy and the shop phone is ringing.
STEP 02
The recovery agent texts three regulars who book a fade with Marcus and have asked for late-afternoon slots, rather than the whole client list.
STEP 03
The second one replies "yes" within minutes. The agent books him into Marcus's 5:30 in Booksy and sends a confirmation text.
STEP 04
Meanwhile the front-desk agent answers the ringing line, hears a request for a beard trim tonight, and offers 6:15 with the barber who is free.
STEP 05
Nobody put down the clippers. Both bookings are in Booksy when the shop looks up.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Booksy.
1
Connect Booksy
We connect your Booksy account and agree what the agents can see (services, staff, hours, availability) and which actions they may take.
2
Configure your rules
Services that need a consultation, barbers who do not take new clients, how you handle deposits and late cancels, which requests always go to a person.
3
Test against your real book
We run real call, text and chat scenarios against your Booksy calendar before the agents touch live demand.
4
Go live beside your team
Agents take the overflow, after-hours and cancellations. You watch a live day with us before anyone is billed.

Book a demoDo I have to leave Booksy to use LLDTEK?
No. Booksy stays your calendar, marketplace listing, deposits, checkout and client records. LLDTEK works beside it and writes bookings back into Booksy.
Booksy has its own AI Receptionist. Why would I add LLDTEK?
Booksy describes its AI Receptionist, in beta, as answering calls in English and Spanish and booking from your availability, and it is a sensible place to start for a solo barber. LLDTEK covers SMS and web chat as well as voice, answers in the language the client uses, fills cancellations from the right clients, rebooks, sends one review request, and hands off to a named person. Compare both on your own calls.
Will the agent double-book a barber?
It books against the availability Booksy shows for that barber and service length. If the barber's Booksy calendar has no opening that fits, it offers the next real openings or another barber the client accepts, and leaves anything unclear to you.
What about deposits and No-Show Protection?
Booksy keeps handling deposits, cards on file and cancellation fees. Tell us which services carry them during setup, and the agent follows that rule or hands the booking to your team.
What languages can it answer in?
It replies in the client's own language on calls and texts. Tell us on the demo which languages your shop hears most. Tell us which languages your shop runs in during the demo.
How long does setup take?
Days, not a rollout. We connect Booksy, configure your rules, test real scenarios and then go live beside your team.
