Introduction
How LLDTEK's AI agents work beside your calendar and POS, what we set up with you, and where to find each part of the operator guide.
LLDTEK runs AI voice and chat agents for appointment businesses: salons, clinics, studios, restaurants and field teams. The agents answer the calls and messages nobody on the floor can take, book into the calendar you already run, fill cancelled slots, book the next visit and ask for a review once.
These docs are for operators and the people who run the desk. They explain what the agents do, what we need from you, and how to keep a close eye on them once they are live.

#What LLDTEK is, and is not
| LLDTEK | What stays with you | |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar | Reads availability and writes bookings you have approved | Your booking system stays the source of truth |
| Checkout | Never touched | POS, payments, deposits and payroll |
| Front desk | Covers the hours nobody can: rush, lunch, after close | The person on the floor keeps running it |
| Decisions | Follows written rules and stops when a rule says so | Complaints, refunds, VIPs and anything off the menu |
LLDTEK is not a chatbot that only replies, not a new POS, and not a do-it-yourself agent builder. It is a layer of agents on the work around the system you already have.
#How the docs are organised
- Getting started covers the go-live process and the vocabulary used everywhere else.
- Agents & channels describes each agent, the channels they answer on, and how they connect to your booking system.
- Configure explains the operating brief: the rules, knowledge and handoffs that decide what an agent may do.
- Operate is for after launch: reviewing runs, pausing an agent, and how your data and permissions are handled.
#Getting help
We staff the agents with you, so there is always a person to ask. If something in your setup does not match what you read here, email hello@lldtek.com or book a 30-minute call. We would rather fix the source than have you work around it.
