An AI receptionist that works beside Vagaro.
Keep Vagaro as the book, the till, and the payroll. LLDTEK answers the calls and texts your team cannot get to and writes the result into the calendar you already run.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Vagaro?
Yes. LLDTEK connects to Vagaro and works beside it. Vagaro stays your calendar, checkout, and staff schedule. LLDTEK's agents answer the phone, SMS, and web chat, check who is actually free in Vagaro, book the visit, fill a cancelled slot from the waitlist, book the next visit, and ask for a Google review once. Nothing is migrated and nobody changes how they check out.
Who does what
Vagaro keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Vagaro
- Online booking for clients who are happy to book themselves, with a setting to minimise gaps in the calendar.
- Vera, Vagaro's built-in AI assistant, which Vagaro describes as helping you strategise promotions, fill your books, and communicate with customers.
- Booking by voice through Alexa+ for clients who use it.
- A waitlist, calendar and staff schedules, checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tap to Pay, and client records with custom fields.
The call nobody on the floor can take
Vagaro's own feature recap does not describe answering your business phone line. That is the gap: a client rings the number on the door while every stylist is mid-service. The front-desk agent picks up, works out the service and the person they want, checks that person's real availability in Vagaro, and books it.
Bookings that need a question first
A booking page only works when the client knows which service and duration to choose. On the phone they say "the usual with Hanh" or ask whether a colour correction fits before close. The agent asks the one question that settles it, then writes the visit with the right service and length.
A cancellation filled from the right list
When a slot opens, the recovery agent texts the clients who can actually take that service, with that stylist, at that time, and books the first yes into Vagaro. It does not send a blast to everyone on file.
The next visit before they leave
The rebooking agent offers the next appointment on the cadence the service needs (a fill is not a cut) with the same stylist, and writes it back to Vagaro.
One review request, in their language
After a good visit the reviews agent sends a single Google review request in the language the client used with you, and never sends a second one.
A clean handoff when a person should decide
Complaints, refunds, VIPs and anything off the menu go to a named person on your team with the full thread and what was already checked in Vagaro.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Vagaro.
An example Saturday call (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
11:20. The salon number rings. Every stylist is in a service and the desk is mid-checkout.
STEP 02
The agent answers, hears a request for a gel fill with Hanh this afternoon, and asks whether they also want a pedicure.
STEP 03
It checks Hanh's open time in Vagaro and offers 3:30, the first slot long enough for both services.
STEP 04
The client says yes. The visit is written into Vagaro under Hanh, and a confirmation text goes out.
STEP 05
Nobody on the floor touched the phone. The booking is waiting in Vagaro when the desk looks up.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Vagaro.
1
Connect Vagaro
We connect your Vagaro account and agree what the agents can see (services, staff, hours, availability) and which actions they may take.
2
Configure your rules
Services that need a consultation, stylists who do not take new clients, how far ahead to book, which requests always go to a person.
3
Test against your real book
We run real call and text scenarios against your Vagaro calendar before the agents touch live demand.
4
Go live beside your team
Agents take the overflow, after-hours and cancellations. You watch a live day with us before anyone is billed.
Questions
Vagaro questions.
Something we did not cover? Ask it on the demo, against your own book.
Book a demoDo I have to leave Vagaro to use LLDTEK?
No. Vagaro stays your calendar, checkout, payroll and client records. LLDTEK works beside it and writes bookings back into Vagaro.
Is this the same as Vera, Vagaro's AI assistant?
No. Vagaro describes Vera as helping with promotions, filling books and communicating with customers inside Vagaro. LLDTEK answers your business phone, SMS and web chat as a receptionist and books into Vagaro. Many salons can use both.
Will the agent double-book a stylist?
It books against the availability Vagaro shows for that stylist and service length. If it cannot confirm a slot, it offers alternatives or hands the request to your team instead of guessing.
Does it work if I have more than one location on Vagaro?
Yes. Each location keeps its own book, staff and hours. The agent books the location the client asked for and does not mix calendars.
What languages can it answer in?
It answers in the language the client uses, on voice and SMS, and sends the review request in that language too. Tell us which languages your floor runs in during the demo.
How long does setup take?
Days, not a rollout. We connect Vagaro, configure your rules, test real scenarios and then go live beside your team.
