An AI receptionist that works beside Zenoti.
Keep Zenoti as the appointment book, the memberships, and the checkout for every center. LLDTEK answers the calls and texts your desks cannot get to and writes the result into the book you already run.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Zenoti?
Yes. LLDTEK connects to Zenoti and works beside it. Zenoti stays your appointment book, memberships and checkout. LLDTEK's agents answer the phone, SMS and web chat, check which provider and room are actually free in Zenoti, book the visit, fill a cancelled slot from the waitlist, book the next visit, and ask for a Google review once. Nothing is migrated and no center changes how it checks out.
Who does what
Zenoti keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Zenoti
- An appointment book that checks provider, room and equipment availability when a visit is booked, with cross-location bookings and centralized oversight for regional teams.
- Zenoti's own AI Receptionist, which runs on HyperConnect and, per Zenoti, answers missed and after-hours calls, books and reschedules by voice or text, offers a reschedule before a cancel, and hands off to a person.
- An automated waitlist that alerts the next eligible guest by email and SMS when a slot opens and moves on if they do not confirm in the window you set.
- Online booking through its webstore, branded app and web chat, plus email and text campaigns, membership billing, and a single dashboard for Google, Facebook and Zenoti feedback.
When the built-in receptionist is enough, and when it is not
If what you need is the phone answered and booked inside Zenoti, Zenoti's AI Receptionist may be all you need, and it is worth testing first. LLDTEK is for groups that want one managed team of agents across voice, SMS and web chat, configured and watched with them, doing the front desk plus recovery, rebooking and reviews under the same rules.
Treatments that need a question first
A med spa menu is full of services a guest cannot pick from a list: a first injectable visit, a laser series, a facial that depends on skin type. On the phone they ask what fits. The agent asks the one question that settles it, then books the right service, provider and room in Zenoti, or routes it to a consult.
A cancellation filled without stacking the room
When a slot opens, the recovery agent texts the guests who can take that treatment, with that provider, in that room, at that time, and books the first yes into Zenoti. It does not offer a 60-minute treatment into a 45-minute gap.
The next visit on the right cadence
The rebooking agent offers the next appointment on the interval the treatment needs (a series session is not a monthly facial), with the same provider, and writes it back to Zenoti.
One review request, in their language
After a good visit the reviews agent sends a single Google review request in the language the guest used with you, and never sends a second one.
A clean handoff when a person should decide
Medical questions, complaints, refunds, membership disputes and anything off the menu go to a named person at the right center with the full thread and what was already checked in Zenoti.

An example Tuesday call at a three-center med spa (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
12:40. The downtown center's number rings. Both injectors are with patients and the desk is checking in a member.
STEP 02
The agent answers. The caller wants a HydraFacial before a wedding on Saturday and asks if Thursday after work is possible.
STEP 03
It checks Zenoti: downtown has no treatment room free Thursday evening. The caller says the north center works too, and it has a 6:00 opening.
STEP 04
The agent books the facial at the north center under the provider with that opening, in a room set up for it, and sends a confirmation text with the address.
STEP 05
The caller asks whether she can add Botox the same day. The agent does not answer the medical question and passes it to the north center's lead with the thread attached.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Zenoti.
1
Connect Zenoti
We connect your Zenoti account and agree what the agents can see at each center (services, providers, rooms, hours, availability) and which actions they may take.
2
Configure your rules
Treatments that need a consult first, providers who do not take new guests, which centers can cover for each other, how far ahead to book, and which requests always go to a person.
3
Test against your real book
We run real call and text scenarios against your Zenoti appointment book, center by center, before the agents touch live demand.
4
Go live beside your team
Agents take the overflow, after-hours and cancellations. You watch a live day with us before anyone is billed.
Questions
Zenoti questions.
Something we did not cover? Ask it on the demo, against your own book.
Book a demoDo I have to leave Zenoti to use LLDTEK?
No. Zenoti stays your appointment book, memberships, checkout and guest records. LLDTEK works beside it and writes bookings back into Zenoti.
Zenoti already sells an AI Receptionist. Why would I add LLDTEK?
You may not need to. Zenoti describes its AI Receptionist as answering calls, booking and rescheduling, and handing off to staff inside Zenoti. LLDTEK is a managed set of agents across voice, SMS and web chat that also runs cancellation recovery, rebooking and review requests. Try both against the same calls and keep what handles your floor better.
Will the agent double-book a provider or a room?
It books against the availability Zenoti shows for that provider, room and treatment length. If Zenoti cannot confirm both the provider and the room, it offers other times or another center, or hands the request to the front desk.
Does it work across all of our centers?
Yes. Each center keeps its own book, providers and hours. The agent books the center the guest asked for, and only suggests another center when you have said that center can cover.
Will it answer medical questions for our med spa?
No. It books, reschedules and answers the questions you approve, such as hours, prep and prices you publish. Anything clinical goes to a person on your team.
How long does setup take?
Days, not a rollout. We connect Zenoti, configure your rules for each center, test real scenarios and then go live beside your team.
