An AI receptionist that works beside Acuity Scheduling.
Acuity keeps your appointment types, calendars, intake forms and payments. LLDTEK picks up the phone calls and text messages that arrive while you are with a client, and puts each booking where you already look in Acuity.

Live runHi, do you do pregnancy massage? I'm 31 weeks
We do. A couple of quick questions first: has your midwife or doctor said anything we should plan around?
No, all fine. Any time Saturday morning?
calendar · prenatal 60 · trained therapist · Sat 9:00, 10:30
Saturday at 9:00 or 10:30 with Dana, who does our prenatal sessions. Which suits you?
Example conversation (composite, not a named customer)
Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Acuity Scheduling?
Yes. LLDTEK runs beside Acuity Scheduling. Your appointment types, availability, intake forms and payments stay in Acuity. LLDTEK's agents answer phone calls, texts to your business number and web chat, ask the questions that decide which appointment fits, offer the times your calendar shows as open, fill late cancellations, and hand anything unusual to you with the conversation attached. The exact Acuity actions are agreed on the demo.
Who does what
Acuity Scheduling keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Acuity Scheduling
- A scheduling page where clients book themselves, with intake forms, deposits and payments through Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo, plus confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails on every plan.
- Plans by calendar count: Starter has 1 calendar, Standard up to 6 and Premium up to 36. Billed monthly, they were $20, $34 and $69 a month when checked on 2026-10-27, with about 20% off for annual billing.
- Text reminders on Standard and Premium, one per appointment. They are one-way: Acuity's help center says a client who replies gets an automated message saying the texts come from an automated service and suggesting they contact you another way.
- An appointment waitlist on Standard and Premium. When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, clients waiting for a matching time get a text with a booking link, and the slot goes to whoever completes the booking while it is still open.
- Booking Assistant on Premium (Powerhouse on older plans): an AI chat widget on your scheduling page that recommends services and open times, answers from the business details you enter, and replies in English or Spanish. It hands clients to the checkout page to finish, and it can't book classes or sell packages, gift certificates or subscriptions.
- Webhooks on every plan, and API access on Premium or Powerhouse, which lets other software create, cancel and reschedule appointments.
A voice on the phone
Acuity's plans and help pages describe booking pages, reminders, a waitlist and a chat widget. None of them answers your phone. When you are mid-session, LLDTEK's front desk agent takes the call, works out what the caller needs, and books a time from the openings your calendar shows, or takes the message you would have wanted.
Texts that get a real reply
A client who answers an Acuity reminder with "can I come at 4 instead?" is told the message is automated. If they text the number on your website instead, LLDTEK replies there on the same thread as their calls and chats, offers the open times and, as agreed on the demo, moves the appointment or passes the change to you.
The questions before the booking
A first-time caller often doesn't know whether they want a 60 or a 90, a consultation or a full session. You give us the questions you ask yourself, such as first visit or returning, any injury or pregnancy to plan around, or which practitioner they saw last. The agent asks them and books the appointment type that fits, so nobody arrives for the wrong slot.
Openings nobody is waiting for
Acuity's waitlist only reaches clients who joined it for a matching time. When a 2 pm cancels and the list is empty, LLDTEK's recovery agent texts clients you have marked as happy to come in at short notice, or who are due back, and books the first one who confirms. How the agent and the Acuity waitlist share an opening is agreed on the demo.
Set up with you, not by you
Booking Assistant reads the business context and service descriptions you type into a panel. LLDTEK is managed. Your services, cancellation policy, practitioner preferences and after-hours rules become the agents' instructions, we rehearse them on your own calendar, and we go through the first week of real conversations together.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Acuity Scheduling.
An example Thursday at a two-therapist massage studio on Acuity (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
10:20 am. Both therapists are in sessions when a caller asks whether a pregnancy massage is possible at 31 weeks. The agent asks the studio's screening questions and books the 60-minute prenatal appointment with the therapist trained for it.
STEP 02
11:45 am. A regular texts the studio number: "running late, can I push to 12:30?" The 12:30 is open, so the agent moves the appointment, as agreed for this studio, and the therapist sees the change between clients.
STEP 03
1:10 pm. The 2 pm cancels and nobody is on the waitlist for today. The recovery agent texts four clients marked as short-notice friendly. The second one to reply takes it.
STEP 04
6:40 pm. A caller asks for a couples massage on Saturday. The studio offers couples sessions only when both rooms are free, so the agent books the one Saturday time that works for both.
STEP 05
9:15 pm. A website visitor asks whether the studio sells gift cards. The agent answers from the studio's rules and sends the link to the gift page in Acuity.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Acuity Scheduling.
1
Look at your Acuity account
On the demo we go through your plan, appointment types, calendars and the numbers clients call and text. If you are on Starter or Standard rather than Premium, we explain what that changes before anything is agreed.
2
Write down how you book
Which questions decide the appointment type, who sees new clients, how far ahead people may book, your cancellation and late policy, and what the agents should never promise.
3
Try the awkward cases
We run test calls and texts against your calendar: a late-running regular, a first-timer who isn't sure what to book, a same-day cancellation with an empty waitlist, and a request you don't offer.
4
Turn it on for the hours you pick
Start with the hours you are least able to answer, such as while you are in sessions or after 6 pm. Billing starts only after you have gone through one full live day with us.
Questions
Acuity Scheduling questions.
Something we did not cover? Ask it on the demo, against your own book.
Book a demoAcuity has Booking Assistant. Is that enough?
It can be, if most clients book from your website. Booking Assistant is a chat widget on your scheduling page, included with Premium, and it hands clients to Acuity's checkout to finish. It doesn't answer the phone or reply to texts. Businesses look at LLDTEK when a real share of bookings still arrive by call or text, or when they want the setup done and watched for them.
Do I need the Premium plan?
Acuity's help center says API access comes with Premium or Powerhouse and webhooks come with every plan. A connection that books, moves or cancels appointments in your calendar depends on that access. Bring your plan details to the demo and we will tell you plainly what works on Starter or Standard.
Will it clash with the Acuity waitlist?
It shouldn't. Keep the waitlist on. How the recovery agent and the Acuity waitlist share an opening is agreed on the demo, so nobody is offered a time that is already gone.
Can it book classes or sell packages?
We agree that on the demo. Booking Assistant can't do either, so if classes or packages are a big part of your week, say so early and we will show you what the agents do with those requests, including sending the right link when a person needs to finish it.
What if a client wants to talk to me?
The agent says when you will be free, takes the reason, and sends you the conversation so you can call back already knowing what it is about. If your rules say some calls should come straight through, such as a client in pain after a session, it passes those on as you choose.
Does it change my scheduling page or my reminder emails?
No. Clients who like to book online keep using your Acuity page, and your confirmations and reminders keep coming from Acuity. LLDTEK covers the calls, texts and chats around them.
