Answer every call your Google listing sends
For most appointment businesses the Google listing is the busiest front door: the Call button, the booking link and the review stars. LLDTEK's agents answer the calls and texts that come through it to the number they cover, book into the calendar you already run, and send each client one Google review request after the visit.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile is where people find you, and it sends them on: Call rings your phone, the booking link opens your booking page, and reviews collect on the listing. LLDTEK's agents answer those calls and texts, book into your own calendar, and send one Google review request after a visit, in the client's language. Your listing, hours and review replies stay in your Google account.
Who does what
Google sends the customer. The agents pick up.
Stays in Google Business Profile
- Your listing on Google Search and Maps, with a phone number customers can call straight from it. Google ended Business Profile chat and call history on July 31, 2024, and says you keep receiving calls from your profile; it recommends adding your phone number if it is missing or hidden.
- Text messages and WhatsApp from the profile, for eligible accounts, which Google names as the way customers can still contact you there now that chat is gone.
- Booking and reservation links. You can add up to 10 links per transaction type, such as Book an appointment, and choose a preferred one to show first. Links from third-party booking providers Google works with can appear on your profile automatically, and you can ask a provider to remove its link, which Google says it must do within 5 days of the request.
- Main hours, special hours for holidays and other temporary changes, and separate hours for different services you offer, all edited in your profile.
- A review link and QR code for requesting reviews: open your profile at business.google.com, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Google says the QR code can only be made in a computer browser, and that customers must be signed in to a Google Account to leave a review.
- Review replies from verified businesses, in the countries and business categories where Google offers reviews. A reply is checked against Google's content policies before it posts publicly under the review, which usually takes up to 10 minutes and can take up to 30 days. The reviewer is notified, and you can edit or delete a reply later.
- The review rules. Google's policy bars businesses from offering payment, discounts or free services for a review, from discouraging negative reviews or asking only happy customers, and from pressuring people to leave a review while they are on the premises.
The Call button, picked up
Someone taps Call on your listing while you have a client in the chair or a patient in the room. When that call reaches the agent, it asks what they need, offers times from your calendar and books the slot, or passes the thread to the person who handles it. Which calls go to the agent (all of them, the ones nobody answers, or after-hours only) is set on the demo.
Texts from the listing, on the same thread
Google lets eligible profiles take texts, and those land wherever the listing sends them. If that is the number the agents answer, a text from Maps gets the same reply a call would, from the same notes, and the conversation sits next to that client's calls and web chats. What reaches the agents, and from which number, is checked on the demo.
Booking link clicks that stall
Some people tap your booking link from Google, look at the open times, and phone instead because they want a pairing, a longer slot or a time that isn't shown. The agent books those into your calendar, so the Google visitor who would not finish the online form still leaves with a time.
One review request per visit
After a visit, the reviews agent texts one Google review request in the language the client used, with the review link for the location they visited. If the client doesn't leave one, nothing else is sent. Google doesn't allow asking only the clients you expect to be happy, so set the rule by visit type and timing, for example every completed visit, never a cancelled one, the evening after the appointment.
Holiday hours that match what callers hear
When you set special hours in your profile for a holiday, give the same dates to our team, and the agent tells callers the same thing Google shows. A client who sees Closed on Maps and phones anyway hears when you reopen and gets offered the first time after it.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Google Business Profile.
An example week at a two-location nail and lash studio whose Google listings are its main source of new clients (composite, not a named customer; call routing is the one agreed on the demo)
STEP 01
Tuesday, 11:40 am. A first-timer taps Call on the north location's listing while both techs are mid-set. The agent answers, offers Thursday at 4 for a gel full set and books it in the studio's calendar.
STEP 02
Tuesday, 7:30 pm. Someone texts the number on the south listing asking if lash fills are done after 6. The agent replies with the late-evening hours from the studio's notes and offers Wednesday at 6:30.
STEP 03
Wednesday, 9:15 am. A client who opened the booking link from Google but couldn't find a 90-minute slot phones. The agent books her a full set plus nail art with the tech who does it.
STEP 04
Thursday, 6:10 pm. The evening after her visit, the first-timer gets one text asking for a Google review, with the north location's review link. She leaves one; nothing else follows.
STEP 05
Saturday. The south location's listing shows special hours for a public holiday on Monday. A caller asks if they're open; the agent says Monday is closed, as the listing shows, and books her Tuesday morning.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing moves. Your listing stays in your Google account and bookings stay in the calendar you already use.
1
Check what your listing sends
On the demo we look at your profile with you: the phone number it shows, whether texting is on, which booking links appear (yours and any added by a booking provider) and the hours, so the agent's answers match what Google tells people.
2
Decide which calls the agent takes
All calls from the listing's number, only the ones your front desk can't answer, or after hours only. That choice, and how calls reach the agent, is set up and tested before launch.
3
Copy each location's review link
From Read reviews, then Get more reviews, in each location's profile. The reviews agent sends each client the link for the place they visited, at the timing you choose.
4
Read the first week
You read the conversations that came from Google calls and texts, and we rewrite any answer that drifted from your hours, prices or listing.

Book a demoDoes LLDTEK replace Google Business Profile messaging?
There is no Business Profile chat to replace: Google turned it off on July 31, 2024. Customers reach you from the listing by calling, by texting or WhatsApp on eligible accounts, or through your booking link. LLDTEK answers the calls and texts that reach the number its agents cover.
Will the agent reply to our Google reviews?
No. Replies post from your verified profile and are worth writing yourself, because the reviewer is notified and everyone else reads them. Our free review reply generator can give you a starting draft that follows Google's reply tips.
Can we send review requests only to clients who were happy?
Google's policy says businesses should not discourage negative reviews or selectively ask for positive ones, and should not offer anything in return for a review. Pick a rule based on the visit, such as every completed appointment, and apply it to everyone. The one stop is a thread with an open complaint, refund or redo, which a person handles first.
We have several locations, each with its own profile.
Each location keeps its own listing, phone number and review link. The agent answers with that location's hours and services, and the review request carries the link for the location the client visited, so reviews land on the right listing.
Do we need to change the phone number on our listing?
Not as a rule. How calls from your listing reach the agents is set up on the demo, and we check that the number Google shows is one the agents answer before launch, so a missed call from Maps doesn't fall through.
