An AI receptionist that works beside Jane.
Jane keeps your schedule, charts, intake forms and billing. LLDTEK answers the calls and texts that arrive while every practitioner is in a treatment room or the clinic has closed, and handles each booking the way you agree with us on the demo.

Live runHi, I hurt my back moving boxes. Can I see someone this week?
Sorry to hear that. Have you been to the clinic before, or would this be your first visit?
First time. Mornings are best.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Jane?
Yes. LLDTEK runs beside Jane. Patient records, charts, intake forms, billing and secure messages stay in Jane. LLDTEK's agents answer phone calls, texts to your clinic number and web chat, ask whether the caller is new or returning, offer open times with the right practitioner and visit length, help fill cancellations, and pass anything clinical to your staff. The exact Jane actions are agreed on the demo.
Who does what
Jane keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Jane
- Three plans: Balance for a single practitioner with up to 20 appointments a month, Practice with unlimited appointments and staff profiles, and Thrive, which adds rooms and equipment, automated waitlist notifications, return visit reminders, and packages and memberships. The pricing page listed them at CAD $59, $79 and $99 a month when checked on 2026-10-28. Practice and Thrive each include one full-time practitioner, with a monthly fee for each additional practitioner.
- Online booking on every plan through a custom-branded booking site, plus intake forms, email reminders, Secure Messaging, gift cards and 1:1 telehealth.
- SMS appointment reminders on Practice and Thrive where Jane offers SMS. Patients opt in to SMS first, and anyone without an email address, or who chose phone reminders, goes on a phone reminders list for your staff to call.
- Automatic waitlist notifications on Thrive. When an appointment is cancelled, deleted or moved, Jane holds the spot for waitlist patients who fit it, waits 15 minutes (or 2 hours if the visit is more than a day away) so the desk can act first, then emails or texts them. Depending on your online booking settings, the message carries a booking link or asks the patient to call the clinic.
- Secure Messaging inside Jane for clinical conversations and file sharing. Two-way texting is in development, with early access targeted for North American clinics in fall 2026; Jane says it will handle reminders but has no plans to support recalls at this time.
- Virtual Receptionists, a Jane service staffed by real people who answer phones and help patients book. Jane says they work 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, in each time zone across Canada and the US, and that after-hours cover is not currently offered.
- A curated integrations directory. One listing, Mango Voice, is a phone system whose call pop shows staff the caller's name, date of birth and appointment history from Jane before they answer.
Evenings, weekends and the lunch hour
Jane's own receptionists cover weekday business hours. Patients don't only call then: a sore neck at 7 pm, a parent booking a child's appointment on Saturday morning, a runner who strains a calf on Sunday. LLDTEK's front desk agent answers at those times, asks your new-patient questions, and books the assessment length you set with a practitioner who takes new patients.
The call the waitlist asks for
If your Jane waitlist notification tells patients to phone the clinic, the openings it announces depend on someone answering. Those calls tend to land while your desk is checking people in. The agent picks them up, confirms which opening the patient is calling about, and books it or passes it to your desk, following your Jane waitlist settings. How it fits with Jane's hold and exclusive-access window is set on the demo.
Admin on the line, clinical to your team
Jane recommends keeping clinical conversations in Secure Messaging and using texts for admin. The agents follow the same split. They move appointments, explain your late-cancellation fee, send directions and remind patients to finish intake forms. A question about pain, medication or a treatment plan goes to your staff with the conversation attached, and the agent never gives clinical advice.
Texts to the number on your website
Patients already text clinic numbers to say they are running late or need to move a visit. Until two-way texting reaches your Jane account, those messages have nowhere to go inside Jane. LLDTEK replies on the same thread as the patient's calls and web chats. Once Jane's texting is live for you, we agree which number does what so patients never get two answers.
Built with your front desk
Every clinic books differently: which disciplines take new patients, how long a first chiropractic visit runs compared with a follow-up, who can see a motor-vehicle-accident patient, which rooms suit which treatment. LLDTEK is managed. We write those rules into the agents' instructions with your desk lead, rehearse them on your real schedule, and read the first week of conversations together.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Jane.
An example week at a four-practitioner physio and massage clinic on Jane (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
Monday, 7:15 am. Before the desk opens, a caller who hurt her back lifting a box asks for the soonest physio. The agent asks whether she has been seen before, books a 60-minute initial assessment with the physio who has an opening at 10, and reminds her to finish Jane's intake form before she arrives.
STEP 02
Monday, 11:40 am. A cancelled 2 pm massage goes out as a waitlist notification asking patients to call. Two call within minutes while the desk is checking people in. The agent takes the first and offers the second a Thursday time with the same therapist.
STEP 03
Wednesday, 12:30 pm. A patient texts that he is stuck in traffic for his 12:45. The agent tells him the clinic's late policy and lets the physio know he will be ten minutes late.
STEP 04
Thursday, 8:10 pm. A caller asks whether she should ice or heat her knee after today's session. The agent says it can't advise on that and passes her question to the clinic with a note for the treating physio to call her in the morning.
STEP 05
Saturday, 9:05 am. A parent books his teenager's follow-up after a sports injury. The clinic is closed on weekends, so the agent offers Monday and Tuesday times with the same physio.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Jane.
1
Go through your Jane account together
On the demo we look at your plan, disciplines, practitioners, rooms and the numbers patients call and text. We cover what your plan includes, such as waitlist notifications on Thrive, before anything is agreed.
2
Write the booking rules
New versus returning patients, which practitioners take which cases, first-visit lengths, the late-cancellation and no-show fee, intake form reminders, and the questions that must always reach a person.
3
Test the hard calls
We run test calls and texts against your schedule: a new patient who isn't sure which discipline they need, a clinical question after hours, a waitlist callback for a spot that is already taken, and an angry patient asking about a fee.
4
Start with the hours nobody covers
Most clinics begin with evenings, weekends and the busiest desk hours. Billing starts only after you have gone through one full live day with us.

Book a demoJane offers virtual receptionists. Why look at LLDTEK?
Jane's receptionists are real people who know Jane well, and for weekday calls that is a strong choice. Jane says they work 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with no after-hours cover at the moment. Clinics look at LLDTEK when they want evenings, weekends and text messages answered too, or want calls, texts and web chat on one thread.
Will it answer clinical questions?
No. The agents don't give medical or clinical advice, including whether a symptom is normal or which treatment someone needs. They tell the patient a staff member will follow up and pass the conversation to your team. Emergency instructions are the ones your clinic gives, word for word.
What about patient privacy?
Jane describes its Secure Messaging as HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR-compliant. That statement covers Jane, not other tools you use beside it. Ask about LLDTEK's privacy and data-handling terms on the demo, and decide with us what patient details the agents may see and repeat. Following Jane's own advice, clinical conversations stay in Jane's Secure Messaging.
Will it clash with Jane's waitlist notifications?
It shouldn't. Keep them on. Jane holds a cancelled spot for matching waitlist patients before releasing it to everyone, and the agent works within that order. Who gets offered an opening, and when, is agreed on the demo, so the same time isn't offered twice.
We already use a phone system that shows patient details from Jane.
That helps your staff when they answer. Mango Voice, for example, shows the caller's Jane details on screen as the phone rings and also offers its own AI receptionist. LLDTEK answers the calls nobody can take and works the texts and chats beside them. Bring your current phone setup to the demo and we will show how calls would route.
Which Jane plan do I need?
Answering calls and texts doesn't depend on your Jane plan, but some features it works beside do. SMS reminders come with Practice and Thrive, and automatic waitlist notifications come with Thrive (and Jane's Legacy plans). We go through your plan on the demo and say plainly what changes on yours.
