An AI receptionist that works beside Jobber.

Jobber stays the schedule, the quotes and the invoices. LLDTEK answers the calls, texts and web requests your crew cannot take from a ladder, and puts the work where your office already looks.

Short answer

Yes.

Does LLDTEK work with Jobber?

LLDTEK works beside Jobber. Your schedule, client records, quotes and invoices stay in Jobber. LLDTEK's agents answer the phone, SMS and web chat, sort urgent work from routine using your rules, offer the arrival windows you actually sell, refill a cancelled visit from customers who wanted an earlier date, and hand off to your on-call person with the address. Which actions it takes inside your Jobber account is confirmed on the demo.

Who does what

Jobber keeps the book. The agents take the line.

Stays in Jobber

  • Online booking, quotes, invoices with online payment, a business website and built-in reporting on the entry plan, plus an app marketplace Jobber says connects more than 100 tools.
  • Automated client reminders and automated quote and invoice follow-ups on the Connect plan and above; two-way SMS with customers on the Grow plan and above.
  • Receptionist, powered by Jobber AI, which answers calls, texts and website chat. Jobber lists booking jobs through your Online Booking form, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, creating requests and follow-up tasks, and escalating by keyword with a text to a team member or a call transfer.
  • Receptionist greetings that change for business hours and after hours, a phone menu, caller ID matching to existing clients, and a text back to callers who hang up during the greeting. Every conversation is kept with a summary, transcript and recording.
  • Receptionist is included with unlimited use on the Plus plan. On select other plans it is a $29 a month add-on with 30 conversations, then $0.79 per conversation. It needs a dedicated Jobber phone number, available in the US, Canada and UK; your existing number can forward to it.
  • Automatic Google review requests after every job, with AI-drafted replies, in Jobber's Marketing Suite. The pricing page lists it as a $99 a month add-on, so check whether your plan already includes it.

Run by a team that tunes it with you

Jobber's Receptionist is set up by you: greeting, what it may do on its own, who gets escalations, and the business details it answers from. LLDTEK is managed. We write your urgent-versus-routine list, service area and approved prices into the agents with you, test them against your real schedule, and review live conversations with you each day of the first week.

Urgent or routine, by your list

A keyword such as "emergency" catches some calls. Plenty of urgent ones are worded calmly: "there's water coming through the ceiling" or "the furnace is clicking and it's 30 degrees out". The agent asks the questions on your list (is water spreading, is anyone without heat), gives your safety script where you have one, and passes the thread with the address to your on-call person. Routine work goes into the next open window.

Windows your dispatcher would promise

Customers ask when the tech will arrive. The agent offers the same morning or afternoon blocks your office already sells, only for a tech who does that trade and only when the schedule shows room. It does not invent a tighter time than your dispatcher would give.

A cancelled job refilled before the van sits idle

Jobber's reminders cut no-shows. When a visit still cancels, LLDTEK's recovery agent texts the customers who asked for an earlier date in that area and trade, offers the opening, and books the first one who confirms. A cancellation becomes a filled route instead of a gap at 10 am.

Reviews stay where you already run them

If Jobber's Marketing Suite already asks for a Google review after every job, keep that and leave LLDTEK's reputation agent switched off, so customers never get two requests.

A day on the floor

What it looks like with Jobber.

An example Wednesday at a four-tech plumbing shop (composite, not a named customer)

  1. STEP 01

8:10 am. A homeowner cancels this morning's drain-cleaning visit. All four techs are already out.

  2. STEP 02

The recovery agent texts two customers in the same part of town who asked for an earlier drain visit than they were given. The first to reply takes the 10 am window, and the office sees it on the schedule.

  3. STEP 03

11:45 am. A caller says water is coming through a downstairs ceiling. The agent asks whether it is spreading, reads the shut-off-the-water script the owner approved, and passes the thread with the address to the on-call tech.

  4. STEP 04

2:30 pm. Someone asks for a price on moving a gas line. That job has no approved price, so the agent takes the address and a description of the job, and the owner gets a callback task.

  5. STEP 05

7:20 pm. A text asks, in Spanish, about a water heater flush this week. The agent answers in Spanish and offers Friday morning, the next open plumbing window.

Setup

Connected and live in days, not a rollout.

Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Jobber.

  1. 1

    Agree access to Jobber

On the demo we confirm what the agents can see in your Jobber account (services, team, schedule, clients) and agree which actions they may take on their own.

  2. 2

    Write down your rules

Your urgent-versus-routine list, the zip codes and trades you cover, any prices you are happy to quote, arrival windows, and who is on call after hours.

  3. 3

    Test against your real schedule

We run real call, text and web-chat scenarios against your real schedule, including a cancellation and an after-hours emergency, before the agents see live demand.

  4. 4

    Go live beside your office

We switch on the agreed job on the agreed channel and leave your phone line and office as they are. You watch a real live day with us before anyone is billed.

Questions

Jobber questions.

Something we did not cover? Ask it on the demo, against your own book.

Book a demo
Do I have to leave Jobber to use LLDTEK?

No. Your team keeps quoting, invoicing and taking payments in Jobber. LLDTEK adds the conversations around it.

Jobber has its own Receptionist. Why would I add LLDTEK?

Jobber's Receptionist answers calls, texts and website chat, books and reschedules jobs, and escalates by keyword. If you are on the Plus plan it is included, and for a small shop with simple calls it is the sensible place to start. LLDTEK is managed for you, triages by the questions on your own urgent list rather than keywords alone, and refills cancelled visits from customers waiting for an earlier date. Compare both on a week of your own calls.

Will it book jobs we can't do?

It books only the services, trades and zip codes you give it, and only into windows where the schedule shows room. A job outside those rules, such as an unusual quote, becomes a request with the details for a person to handle.

What happens with an emergency after hours?

You decide what counts as an emergency and who is on call. The agent asks your screening questions, gives any safety instructions you have approved, and passes the thread with the address to that person. Routine requests at night are booked into the next open window.

Can I keep my current business number?

Yes. LLDTEK leaves your phone line as it is. The demo covers how calls and texts reach the agents for the hours you choose, such as only after close or while the office is at lunch.

How long does setup take?

Usually days. We agree access to Jobber, write your rules, test real scenarios against your schedule, then go live beside your office.
