An AI receptionist that works beside Mindbody.
Keep Mindbody as the schedule, the memberships, and the checkout. LLDTEK answers the calls and texts your front desk cannot get to and writes the result into the schedule you already run.

Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with Mindbody?
Yes. LLDTEK connects to Mindbody and works beside it. Mindbody stays your class schedule, appointment book, memberships and payments. LLDTEK's agents answer the phone, SMS, and web chat, check what is actually open in Mindbody, book the class or appointment, fill a spot that opens, book the next visit, and ask for a Google review once. Nothing is migrated and nobody changes how they check clients in.
Who does what
Mindbody keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in Mindbody
- One schedule for classes, appointments and events, kept in step with your website, branded app, the Mindbody app and its Affiliate Network.
- A class waitlist that is offered when a class fills, and moves the next waitlisted client onto the roster when a spot opens.
- AI Concierge, which Mindbody describes as booking, rescheduling and cancelling classes and appointments by text and web chat, and following up on missed calls. Mindbody says it is included in the Ultimate plan.
- Automated email and text campaigns, including intro-offer welcome campaigns and win-back messages for clients who miss a visit or have not been in for a while.
- Payments with saved cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap to Pay and recurring billing, plus a class check-in app.
The call that gets answered live
Mindbody's AI Concierge page describes following up on missed calls by text and web chat. It does not describe answering the phone by voice. LLDTEK's front-desk agent picks up while the desk is teaching or checking in a class, hears what the caller wants, checks the Mindbody schedule, and books it on the call.
Intro-offer calls that need a question first
A new caller often does not know which class suits a first visit, or whether the intro offer covers reformer. The agent asks the one or two questions that settle it, explains the offer as you have set it up, and books the right first class or appointment in Mindbody.
Open spots filled where the waitlist is not enough
Mindbody already promotes the next waitlisted client into a class. LLDTEK covers the rest: a late-cancelled massage or private session, or a class with nobody waiting. The recovery agent texts the clients who can actually take that slot, with that instructor or therapist, and books the first yes into Mindbody.
The next visit before momentum drops
The rebooking agent offers the next class or appointment on the cadence that fits (a weekly class is not a monthly massage) with the same instructor or therapist where it matters, and writes it back to Mindbody.
One review request, in their language
After a good class or session the reviews agent sends a single Google review request in the language the client used with you, and never sends a second one.
A clean handoff when a person should decide
Membership freezes and cancellations, billing disputes, injuries and anything off the menu go to a named person on your team with the full thread and what was already checked in Mindbody.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with Mindbody.
An example weekday evening (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
5:05pm. A member cancels her spot in the full 6pm reformer class. Mindbody moves the first waitlisted client onto the roster.
STEP 02
5:20pm. The studio phone rings. The instructor is setting up the room and the desk is checking in the 5:30 class.
STEP 03
The agent answers. The caller saw the intro offer and wants to try reformer tonight. The agent asks whether she has done reformer before.
STEP 04
She has not. The 6pm class is full again, so the agent offers the 7:15 beginner class, which Mindbody shows with open spots, and books it under the intro offer.
STEP 05
A confirmation text goes out with what to bring. The new client is on the 7:15 roster in Mindbody when the desk looks up.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in Mindbody.
1
Connect Mindbody
We connect your Mindbody site and agree what the agents can see (classes, appointments, staff, pricing options, hours) and which actions they may take.
2
Configure your rules
Which classes suit first-timers, how the intro offer works, services that need a consultation, how far ahead to book, which requests always go to a person.
3
Test against your real schedule
We run real call and text scenarios against your Mindbody schedule before the agents touch live demand.
4
Go live beside your team
Agents take the overflow, after-hours calls and open spots. You watch a live day with us before anyone is billed.
Questions
Mindbody questions.
Something we did not cover? Ask it on the demo, against your own book.
Book a demoDo I have to leave Mindbody to use LLDTEK?
No. Mindbody stays your schedule, memberships, payments and client records. LLDTEK works beside it and writes bookings back into Mindbody.
Is this the same as Mindbody's AI Concierge?
No. Mindbody describes AI Concierge as booking by text and web chat and following up on missed calls. LLDTEK answers your business phone by voice as well as SMS and web chat, and books into Mindbody. Some studios may use both; we will talk through the overlap in the demo.
Does it replace Mindbody's class waitlist?
No. Mindbody's waitlist keeps moving the next client onto a full class. LLDTEK fills the openings it does not cover, such as a cancelled appointment or a class with nobody waiting, and does not override your waitlist order.
Will the agent overbook a class or double-book a therapist?
It books against the capacity and availability Mindbody shows. If it cannot confirm a spot, it offers alternatives or hands the request to your team instead of guessing.
Does it work if I have more than one location on Mindbody?
Yes. Each location keeps its own schedule, staff and hours. The agent books the location the client asked for and does not mix schedules.
How long does setup take?
Days, not a rollout. We connect Mindbody, configure your rules, test real scenarios and then go live beside your team.
