An AI receptionist that works beside ServiceTitan.
ServiceTitan runs your dispatch board, pricebook, memberships and invoices. LLDTEK answers the calls, texts and web chats your CSRs can't get to, using your own triage questions, and hands each job to your office the way you agree with us on the demo.

Live runMy furnace quit overnight. It's 54 in here and I've got a baby.
I'm sorry, that's a cold start to the day. Is the thermostat screen on, or completely blank?
It's on. It just blows cold air.
rule · no heat + infant · handoff · priority
I've passed this to dispatch as a priority no-heat call for the 8 to 10 window. They'll confirm with you shortly.
Example conversation (composite, not a named customer)
Short answer
Yes.
Does LLDTEK work with ServiceTitan?
Yes. LLDTEK works beside ServiceTitan. Your dispatch board, customer records, memberships and invoices stay in ServiceTitan. LLDTEK's agents answer phone calls, texts and web chat, ask your no-heat, leak and gas-smell questions, offer the arrival windows you sell, and pass urgent work to your on-call tech with the address. Which ServiceTitan actions it takes is agreed on the demo.
Who does what
ServiceTitan keeps the book. The agents take the line.
Stays in ServiceTitan
- Per-technician pricing in three packages. Starter covers dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and a pricebook; Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll; The Works adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. No prices are published; each package says "Request Pricing".
- AI Virtual Agent, ServiceTitan's own voice agent. It books jobs straight to the dispatch board by job type, location and technician skill, confirms and reschedules appointments, uses a custom greeting for members, books recurring maintenance, and transfers to a live CSR when a call falls outside your rules. ServiceTitan says it works with any phone system as well as Contact Center Pro.
- Texting through the same AI Virtual Agent, for inbound and outbound conversations, including calling or texting new leads quickly. ServiceTitan lists texting as exclusive to ServiceTitan tracking numbers.
- Live Services: human agents, primarily in the US and Canada, who answer overflow, after-hours and weekend calls and website chats and book jobs onto your dispatch board, with custom escalation for emergencies. ServiceTitan says you pay only for real customers and prospects.
- Scheduling Pro for online booking from your website and from Google through Reserve with Google, plus booking by text, all against real-time availability and your arrival windows, buffers and blocked dates.
- Contact Center Pro, which ServiceTitan lists as in early access. It puts every call from every location in one inbox, links calls to jobs and adds AI call summaries and sentiment analysis. Its omni-channel inbox is listed as coming soon.
- Marketing Pro, whose Reputation tools automate review requests, match reviews to technicians and manage listings across more than 60 sites.
If you already run Virtual Agent
Then you may not need us for the phones. ServiceTitan's agent reads your dispatch board directly, and that is hard to beat. Consider LLDTEK if you haven't bought the Pro products, or you want one team to set up and watch calls, texts and web chat together. If you are weighing both, pull last month's unbooked calls from your ServiceTitan call reports and play the same ones to each agent. We would rather you run that test than take our word.
Texts to whichever number customers kept
Customers text the number on the truck door, last winter's invoice or the fridge magnet, and that isn't always a ServiceTitan tracking number. Which numbers LLDTEK answers is agreed on the demo. On those, each customer's texts, calls and chats stay on one thread, so a reply to an old invoice number doesn't sit unread over a weekend.
The gas-smell call, handled your way
Some calls can't wait for a callback: a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, water through a ceiling, no heat with a newborn in the house. The agent asks your questions in your order, reads your safety instructions word for word, such as "leave the house and call the gas company from outside", and passes the thread with the address to your on-call tech. It never guesses at a repair.
A cold-snap gap filled with a member visit
Plan members due for a tune-up are easy to forget when the phones are busy. When a slot opens, the recovery agent texts the members on the due-for-tune-up list you share with us (or reads from ServiceTitan, if we agree that on the demo), offers the time, and passes the first yes to your dispatcher, or books it if that is what we agree on the demo.
Reviews stay in Marketing Pro
Marketing Pro matches each review to the technician who did the job, which your service manager may already use in ride-alongs and bonuses. If it sends your review requests, it should stay the only thing that does, and LLDTEK's reputation agent stays off.
A day on the floor
What it looks like with ServiceTitan.
An example cold-snap Monday at a 12-truck heating and plumbing contractor on ServiceTitan (composite, not a named customer)
STEP 01
6:40 am. Three CSRs start at 7. A caller says the furnace stopped overnight and the house is at 54 degrees. The agent asks whether anyone at home is elderly or very young, and hands it to the dispatcher as a priority no-heat call, the way the contractor set up on the demo.
STEP 02
8:30 am. A dispatcher reports that a two-hour install moved to Wednesday. The recovery agent texts three plan members from the contractor's due list for that zone. One replies within minutes, and the agent passes her yes to dispatch.
STEP 03
10:15 am. With every CSR on a call, a homeowner texts the number printed on an old invoice asking for a quote on a new water heater. The agent takes the tank size and location, says a comfort adviser will call, and sends the details to the office.
STEP 04
4:50 pm. A caller reports a hissing sound and a faint gas smell by the water heater. The agent reads the contractor's leave-the-house script and passes the thread with the address to the on-call plumber.
STEP 05
9:20 pm. A member asks, on web chat, whether the spring AC tune-up is included in the plan. The agent answers from the membership terms the contractor approved and offers the April windows the contractor gave for plan visits.
Setup
Connected and live in days, not a rollout.
Nothing is migrated. Your team keeps checking out in ServiceTitan.
1
Look at your ServiceTitan setup together
On the demo we go through your business units, job types, zones, arrival windows and membership plans, and which Pro products or Live Services you already pay for, so nothing ends up answered twice.
2
Write the triage list
Which calls are emergencies, which are next-day, which need a comfort adviser rather than a tech, your dispatch and diagnostic fee wording, the prices you are willing to quote, and the on-call rota.
3
Test it on your worst day
We run test calls and texts modelled on a cold snap: a no-heat call at dawn, a gas smell after hours, a member asking what the plan covers, a customer disputing a diagnostic fee.
4
Start where calls go unanswered
A common place to start is after-hours, weekends and the overflow when every CSR is on a call. You see a full live day of conversations before billing starts.
Questions
ServiceTitan questions.

Book a demoServiceTitan has an AI Virtual Agent. Why compare LLDTEK?
Because the honest answer depends on your shop. Virtual Agent books from your dispatch board in real time, and if you run it and it covers your calls and texts, keep it. Consider LLDTEK if you want a managed team that writes and tunes the triage with you, or web chat and texts on the same thread as calls. Ask both vendors to handle the same set of your hardest recorded calls.
How is this different from ServiceTitan Live Services?
Live Services are trained people who answer overflow, after-hours and weekend calls and chats and book onto your board. LLDTEK's agents are AI, set up and reviewed with you by our team. Some contractors prefer a person on every after-hours call. Others want every call answered on the first ring with the same questions each time. It is a choice about your customers, and we will say so on the demo.
Will it book onto my dispatch board?
That is agreed on the demo, against your account. ServiceTitan's own booking tools work from real-time capacity, and we won't promise a booking path until we have shown it on your setup. Where a job can't be booked directly, the agent takes the details and sends them to your office the way we agree on the demo.
Can it quote prices from my pricebook?
Only the prices you approve for the phone, such as your dispatch or diagnostic fee and any fixed-price tune-ups. Anything that needs a tech to look at it gets the address and a description, and goes to your office or a comfort adviser.
Do I need Contact Center Pro?
No. How calls reach the agents is agreed on the demo against your current phone setup. If you are moving to Contact Center Pro, bring your call routing to the demo and we will show where the agents would sit.
