LLDTEK has five specialist agents. Each one takes a job a person cannot sit still for. You can start with one and add the others later; they share one brain, so each new agent starts with what the others already know.

#Front desk

Answers on voice, SMS and the web when the floor is full, including after hours. It works out the service and the person the customer wants, asks one clarifying question when a request is ambiguous ("the usual with Hanh"), checks real availability and books it.

Voice · Front deskExample

Hi, can I get a gel fill with Hanh this afternoon?

Hanh has time today. Would you like a pedicure with the fill?

Yes, both please.

check_availability → Hanh · gel fill + pedicure

3:30 is the first opening long enough for both. Shall I book it?

Perfect.

book_visit → Hanh · today 3:30 · confirmation sent

Stops when a request matches a handoff rule: a complaint, a refund, a VIP, a service that is not on the menu.

#Recovery

A cancellation used to sit empty. Recovery texts the clients who can actually take that service, with that provider, at that time, and books the first yes. It does not send a blast to everyone on file.

Reads the waitlist, the live floor and your recovery rules. Writes one booking into the opened slot.

#Rebooking

Offers the next appointment on the cadence the service needs, with the same person, and writes it back to your calendar. A fill is not a cut, so the cadence comes from your service menu, not a single default.

#Reviews

After a good visit, sends a single Google review request in the language the client already used with you. It never sends a second one.

#Live floor

Who is with a client, who is free, which slot just opened. Recovery and rebooking read this board before they act, so they offer what is actually available rather than guessing.

#Choosing where to start

Most operators start with the front desk on after-hours calls, because missed calls are the easiest gap to measure. If no-shows hurt more than missed calls, start with recovery instead. We help you choose on the demo.
