LLDTEK is a hosted service. To run it we process the operational information you share and use the access you authorize to the systems the agents need. This page summarises how that works. The Privacy Policy and Terms are the binding documents.

#Who decides

For your operational data you are normally the controller: you decide why it is used and which jobs an agent may perform. LLDTEK is normally the processor: we act on your instructions, only to provide, operate, support and secure the service for you.

#What we will never do

Model providers that help generate a reply process that request so the agent can complete the job. They are not authorized to train their models on your training material or workspace content.

#What the agents process

Depending on the agents and channels you enable:

  • Workspace details: names, emails and roles of your team.
  • The material you add: hours, menus, prices, policies and operating knowledge.
  • Voice, SMS, web, messaging and email conversations, with transcripts and run logs.
  • Phone numbers and contact details.
  • Booking, availability, waitlist, cancellation, rebooking and review-request events.
  • Calendar or POS records you connect, staff schedules and live floor state.

Share only what the jobs you hired need. If a record is not needed to run the service, do not upload it.

#Access to your systems

PrincipleIn practice
Least permissionEach agent gets only the tools its job needs
Reads before writesWrites are enabled only after reads test correct
Calendar is the source of truthConfirmations come from the record your system returns
No checkout accessLLDTEK never touches payments, payroll or the till
Your provider's terms applyThe connected platform keeps its own terms and privacy practices

#Calls and messages

Calls, SMS, email and other messages pass through telephony carriers, messaging networks and channel providers. These are independent networks, and LLDTEK cannot control how every carrier or recipient device handles data.

#Retention

We keep service data for as long as needed to provide the service, support your workspace, protect the service and meet legal obligations. When you close a workspace, we delete or return service data within a reasonable period, except where a limited record must be kept for security, accounting or law.

#Your customers

If a customer of yours asks about their data, your own privacy notice applies to them. Send any request you need our help with to hello@lldtek.com and we will act on your instructions.
