Dialzara pricing, reviewed for appointment businesses

Dialzara answers calls from $29 a month, billed by the second, and the deciding question is where the bookings land.

A black rotary telephone beside an open appointment book, a pen and loose slips on a marble counter, with rain on arched windows behind

Dialzara is a self-serve AI phone agent priced by talk time. Plans cost $29 a month for 60 minutes, $99 for 220, $199 for 500 and $349 for 1,000, with a 7-day free trial and no contract. Google or Outlook calendar sync starts on the $99 plan. If your appointments live in Vagaro, Square, Booksy or a similar system, look for an agent that books there directly, such as LLDTEK.

Dialzara is cheap, its prices are public, and its pricing page says most customers go live the same day. Plenty of businesses need nothing more than that. For an appointment business the useful questions are narrower: which plan your talk minutes really fall into, what happens on the day those minutes run out, and whether a booking taken on the phone reaches the book your staff work from.

A word on who is writing. LLDTEK makes AI agents for appointment businesses, so Dialzara is a competitor and this page is our reading of it. Every Dialzara fact below comes from Dialzara's pricing page, read in a browser on 2026-10-27. We did not buy a plan or place test calls, so this reviews what Dialzara publishes, not how its agent sounds. Recheck the page before you sign up.

What does Dialzara cost?

Dialzara sells four self-serve inbound plans and a managed tier. The four inbound plans are monthly, with a 7-day free trial, no contract and no setup fees, and annual pricing is offered as well.

PlanMonthly priceTalk minutes includedEach extra minutePrice per included minute (our arithmetic)

Business Elite$3491,000$0.35$0.35

Read the last two columns together. On every plan, an extra minute costs about the same as an included one. Lite works out at 48 cents a minute either way, and Pro at exactly 45 cents. That is our division, not a Dialzara claim, but it changes how to think about going over. Overage on Dialzara is not a penalty rate. Its real cost is that you keep paying your own plan's rate when the next plan up would charge less per minute.

The minute itself is generous to short calls. Dialzara counts live talk time only, tracked to the second and not rounded up. A caller who asks whether you are open on Sunday and hangs up after twenty seconds uses twenty seconds. On a line full of quick questions, that matters more than the sticker price.

A few costs sit outside the plan card:

  • AI SMS agent. $19 a month plus $0.05 per AI message, with carrier fees passed through at $0.0083 a segment. Dialzara says it handles 10DLC registration, and lists calendar-aware booking and a voice-to-SMS handoff.
  • Website chat. Free with a voice plan for 100 sessions a month, then $0.15 a session. On its own it costs $39 a month with unlimited sessions.
  • Phone numbers. Every plan includes a US number, local or toll-free. The page also prices numbers at $3 a month for US or Canadian local, $5 for US toll-free and $20 to $50 for Australian or New Zealand toll-free, so ask whether your first number is inside the plan price. You can keep your current number by forwarding it or porting it.
  • Outbound calling. Sold separately from inbound: $750 for 1,500 contacts, $1,000 for 2,000 and $1,500 for 3,000.

Which Dialzara plan does a booking business need?

Lite at $29 is a real product, and its row in Dialzara's comparison table shows what it is for: blind transfer to another number is included. Calendar sync, warm transfer, after-hours rules and English and Spanish answering all start on Pro. So for any business that wants the agent to put appointments in a calendar, Dialzara's entry price is $99.

Higher plans mostly add capacity and help. Knowledge base uploads go from 5 on Lite to 10 on Pro and unlimited on Plus and Elite. The CRM connection, through Make, Zapier or API, steps up from Basic on Lite to Advanced with API on Elite. Plus adds multi-agent and multi-location setups and priority support, which matters once you run a second site. Elite adds Dialzara's initial prompt setup and a support SLA.

Every plan includes call recordings, a summary of each call, an email or SMS notification after each handled call, more than 50 voices and answering around the clock.

What happens when the minutes run out?

This is the part of the pricing page an appointment business should read twice. Dialzara emails you when 15 minutes remain. You can switch on auto-recharge or buy extra minutes, and minutes you buy carry forward to later months. If you do neither, once the balance reaches zero, "callers go straight to voicemail."

Think about when that happens. An allowance runs out on the day calls pile up, and for many salons, spas and studios that is Saturday. Fifteen minutes is about seven calls at two minutes each. If the warning lands in an inbox nobody opens at the weekend, the agent goes quiet during the hours you bought it for, and callers hear the voicemail greeting you were trying to retire.

The fix is a setting, and it costs nothing to make. Turn on auto-recharge the day you sign up, and treat your plan as a floor rather than a ceiling. The pricing page lists the per-minute overage rates, so confirm on the billing screen that recharged minutes are billed at your plan's rate before you rely on the table above.

A month of Dialzara at an illustrative nail salon

The salon here is illustrative, built from common setups. It is not a Dialzara or LLDTEK customer, and its call counts stand in for the figures in your own phone records.

A four-chair nail salon books in Vagaro. Technicians cannot pick up with a client's hand under the lamp, so overflow and after-hours calls go to an AI agent. In an ordinary month the agent takes 130 calls averaging two minutes, which is 260 talk minutes. In a busy month before the holidays, it takes 240 calls and 480 minutes.

PlanOrdinary month, 260 minutesBusy month, 480 minutes
Business Lite$29 + (200 × $0.48) = $125.00$29 + (420 × $0.48) = $230.60
Business Pro$99 + (40 × $0.45) = $117.00$99 + (260 × $0.45) = $216.00
Business Plus$199 (260 of 500 used)$199 (480 of 500 used)
Business Elite$349$349

Rates come from Dialzara's pricing page, checked 2026-10-27. The arithmetic and the call volumes are ours.

Lite is the most expensive option in the ordinary month, and it cannot sync a calendar anyway. Pro beats Plus by $82 in the ordinary month, and Plus beats Pro by $17 in the busy one. The salon's instinct is to move up to Plus for the busy season and stay there. Over a year of nine ordinary months and three busy ones, staying on Pro costs (9 × $117) + (3 × $216) = $1,701, while Plus costs 12 × $199 = $2,388. Letting overage absorb the peaks saves $687.

Three crossover points come out of the published rates:

  1. Lite with overage costs more than Pro from about 206 talk minutes a month.
  2. Pro with overage costs more than Plus from about 443 minutes.
  3. Plus with overage matches Elite at 875 minutes and costs more after that.

Choose the plan for your typical month, then let auto-recharge cover the rest. If the salon also turns on the SMS agent and sends 300 AI messages a month, that adds $19 + (300 × $0.05) = $34, plus about $2.49 in carrier fees if each message fits in one segment.

To set Dialzara's minute pricing against per-call and per-caller plans from other vendors, use our AI receptionist cost guide. The front desk cost calculator then puts any of these monthly figures beside an in-house receptionist and a live answering service, per booked appointment.

Where does a Dialzara booking land?

Dialzara's FAQ answers the integrations question in one line: "Calendars (Google) and CRMs via Make.com/Zapier/API." The plan table adds Outlook to calendar sync. The pricing page does not name a salon, spa, clinic or restaurant booking system, so Vagaro, Square and Booksy are absent from it. That is not proof Dialzara cannot reach them. It means the route is something you or a builder would set up.

For the nail salon, that leaves three routes.

  • A Google calendar for the agent. The agent books into Google, and someone copies each booking into Vagaro. Unless something keeps the two in step, a client who books online in Vagaro never appears on the agent's calendar, so the agent can offer a technician a slot that was already taken.
  • A Make or Zapier bridge. Whether that bridge can create a Vagaro appointment with the right technician, service and length depends on what your booking system exposes to those tools. Put that question to your booking system's support team as well as to Dialzara.
  • Messages only. The agent takes the caller's details and the desk books in the morning. That turns Dialzara into a capable message-taker at a low price, which is a fair outcome if it is what you set out to buy.

The SMS agent's calendar-aware booking runs into the same question, since it can only be as aware as the calendar it is connected to.

Whichever route you pick, test it during the free week. Connect the bridge, ring the number, and book a gel fill with a named technician. Then text to move it by an hour. Open Vagaro and check the appointment shows the right person, service and length, and that the move changed it rather than adding a second booking. Our list of what to test on an AI receptionist demo has more calls worth placing.

What LLDTEK does differently

LLDTEK is an AI agent platform for appointment businesses: salons, spas, clinics, restaurants and field service. The work is split across five agents (front desk, no-show recovery, rebooking, reviews, live floor), all reading the same conversation whether it arrived by voice, SMS or web chat. They book in the system the business already runs, such as Vagaro, Square, Booksy, Zenoti, Mindbody or OpenTable. For the salon above, that means the appointment is created in Vagaro itself, as described on our Vagaro integration page. Nobody has to copy it across, and the salon keeps its checkout and its desk staff.

LLDTEK does the setup, with you in the room. We study the services, lengths and staff rules in your book, connect it, put real calls through it, and stay for a live day before the first invoice. Replies go out in whichever language the client spoke or wrote in. If a caller needs a judgement the agent should not make, it hands the conversation and its history to your staff, so the technician who picks it up between clients does not start from zero.

Here is what you give up. LLDTEK has no self-serve checkout and no published price, and we quote after a thirty-minute demo. Dialzara can be answering your phone tonight for $29, and we cannot.

Who should pick Dialzara?

Your appointments already live in Google Calendar or Outlook. Pro at $99 syncs with both, and that is the whole integration you need.

Your calls are short. Billing by the second means quick questions and hang-ups cost very little, which suits a busy line of "are you open" and "how much is" calls.

You want to start today and judge for yourself. The 7-day trial, and a setup Dialzara says most customers finish the same day, let you hear it on your own number before paying.

You want rules for routing calls to your team. Dialzara can transfer to any external number by the person asked for, the time of day or the urgency, and warm transfer starts on Pro.

Your callers speak English or Spanish, and that covers your clients.

You only need messages taken. For a quiet line, Lite at $29 is the lowest paid entry price in our cost guide, and it stops calls ringing out.

Who should pick LLDTEK?

You take bookings in Vagaro, Square, Booksy, Zenoti, Mindbody or OpenTable, several people work from that one book, and a booking means a particular person, service and length.

Your clients ring, then text, then use your website chat, and you want all three in the conversation the call started.

Some of your clients speak a language other than English or Spanish.

Missed calls are only part of your problem. You also lose money to cancellations nobody backfills, to clients who walk out without rebooking, and to good visits that never become a review.

You would rather hand over the build and be there while it takes its first real day of calls. Dialzara's Done for You tier is the closer comparison on that point, so price it too. Our guide to the best AI receptionist for appointment businesses covers other options if neither fits.
